What Is Ice?

<µ¿¿µ»óº¸·¯°¡±â>

Description:

Imagine on a hot summer day, you enjoy sipping a cold drink with little clinking cubes inside - that's ice! Ice is simply water that has gotten so cold it turns solid.

I Wonder! Ice is formed when water freezes, which happens at 32¡Æ F or 0¡Æ Celsius.

When the temperature drops below this point, the water molecules slow down and start to stick together, forming a solid structure known as ice.

The unique arrangement of water molecules in ice makes it less dense than liquid water, which is why ice floats on water.
